Each pending cancellation is an insurer-filed notice on record with FMCSA under federal rule 49 CFR 387.313 — a public notice filed at least 30 days before the scheduled cancellation date. The cancellation takes effect on that date unless it is withdrawn or replaced. Most are; the rest need a new policy.

New ventures have applied for authority with no insurance on file, suspended carriers lost theirs over insurance, and renewals are carriers whose current filing reaches its anniversary soon, ranked by how likely they are to switch insurer. A carrier can appear under more than one.

Subscribers get the full New York list each morning — company name, phone number, current insurer, and the date that matters — the same day each filing lands. We do not publish individual carriers’ contact details on this public page.

New York trucking insurance leads are included in every plan: $39/mo covers all the states we cover, New York included, with a free week to start. See pricing.
