The idea
01Three ways a carrier has to buy a policy
Federal filings make all three public. We read them every morning and send you the ones in your states.
Losing coverage
Their insurer filed a cancellation notice with FMCSA. Federal rules give 30 days' notice, so you see the death date a month before the policy stops.
New venture
They applied for operating authority and have no insurance on file. They cannot legally run a load until somebody files a BMC-91 — and no agent has this account yet. We measured how long they take to get covered: almost nobody buys in the first week.
Suspended
Authority was pulled because their insurance was cancelled. The truck is parked until they are covered again, so the buying decision is already made for them.
Every morning
02The email
One email, before lunch, only what is new since yesterday. Nothing is ever sent twice — we keep a record of every row that went to you, so tomorrow's list is genuinely new work rather than the same names again.

On the phone
03What you actually say
The three types are not the same call. Each one has a different opening, because the carrier is in a different situation and knows it.
Losing coverage
They have an agent already. You are not selling insurance, you are pointing out a date they may not have registered — the notice went to the carrier, but it is easy to miss.
“I saw your filing shows coverage ending on the 14th. Are you replacing it, or would a quote be useful?”
New venture
No incumbent to displace, and a hard blocker: no BMC-91 on file means no authority, and no authority means no loads. Speed matters most here — the filing is a day old.
“You just filed for authority. You will need a BMC-91 on file before FMCSA grants it — I can get that filed for you this week.”
Suspended
The truck is already parked and every day costs them money. The decision is made; they just need somebody to do it.
“Your authority is suspended for lack of insurance. I can get coverage bound and the filing in today so you can get back on the road.”
Your dashboard
04Where the rest of it lives
The email is a summary. The dashboard holds your whole territory, filters by state and by how many days are left, exports to CSV for your dialer, and remembers where each carrier stands. Marking a lead takes it off the call list so it never comes back at the top of tomorrow's email.

The rules we hold ourselves to
05What we will not send you
- A filing we cannot re-confirm today. Every record is checked against the live federal source each morning. Anything the source no longer carries is withheld rather than sent — in August 2026 FMCSA rebuilt its insurance datasets and re-dated thousands of historical filings overnight, and that is exactly the kind of event this rule exists for.
- The same carrier twice. We record what was sent to you, so a name never reappears as "new".
- Carriers in California, Oregon, Vermont or Connecticut. Those states are excluded from the product entirely.
- Sole proprietors. Only incorporated entities — LLC, Inc, Corp — reach the database at all.
These are public FMCSA records. You are responsible for your own outreach compliance with TCPA, Do-Not-Call and CAN-SPAM rules; DNC applies to calls, not email. For B2B prospecting only — never for credit, insurance underwriting, employment or housing decisions. Full compliance notes.

06Three real leads, free, no card
Pick your state and we will email three genuine carriers from it — real names, real phone numbers — so you can check the data against SAFER before you decide anything. If your state has nothing worth sending today, we tell you that instead of padding it.
Plans are $69 for one state, $149 for three, and $249 nationwide. Published, month to month, cancel from the customer portal.
