What to expect

There is no support queue and no chatbot here — XDate Alert is run by one person, so the reply you get is from the person who built the data pipeline. Include the USDOT number if your question is about a specific carrier or filing; it makes the answer much faster.

Already a subscriber?

You can change your plan, update your card, or cancel yourself at any time from the customer portal — the link is in the footer of every digest email. For anything the portal cannot do, use the form above and pick Billing.

Privacy, opt-out and suppression requests

XDate Alert publishes only public FMCSA filings, and never covers California, Oregon, Vermont or Connecticut. If you are a carrier who wants to be excluded from our data, or you want to exercise a data right described in our privacy policy, choose Privacy above and include your USDOT number. Suppression requests are honored and are permanent — see the compliance page for how they work.

Not affiliated with FMCSA

XDate Alert is independent. We cannot change, correct, or remove a filing in FMCSA’s own systems — if a cancellation notice on your record is wrong, that has to be fixed with your insurer and FMCSA directly. We can, however, stop showing you in our product.
